The Wallace Hotel New York

Just checked out of a cozy hotel with amazing staff, clean rooms with high ceilings, and comfortable beds. LOVED the automatic lights! Would definitely stay again. Photos don't do justice to the beauty inside. Can't wait to go back!

We recently visited the hotel to explore nearby attractions. The location was perfect for us, being close to the subway and surrounded by nice restaurants. The staff was welcoming, and we even got a free upgrade to a spacious suite.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. the luxurious room had exclusive amenities and was beautifully decorated, offering a private and comfortable stay. the staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the Spa & wellness centre was an added bonus, offering a relaxing escape from the bustling city.

the hotel's location advantages made up for this minor inconvenience, allowing us to explore the charming surrounding neighborhoods and experience authentic cuisine from the many nearby restaurants.

The hotel is beautifully new and quintessentially Upper West Side. The elevators could be slow, and the AC in my room was subpar. However, the friendly staff, spacious room, and reasonable price made for an enjoyable stay.

The one-bedroom Queen Suite at The Wallace Hotel was a nature lover's dream! The separate living area with a wet bar was perfect for unwinding after a day in the city, and the built-in armoire added a touch of rustic charm.

I personally found the Wi-Fi a bit spotty, but hey, disconnecting isn't always a bad thing!

We had a blast at the Space Theater, where we were mesmerized by the universe's wonders. The Hayden Planetarium's dome made us feel like we were floating among the stars! The park's running paths were idyllic, perfect for a picturesque family stroll.

In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly dining options would enhance the family experience.

Great location on the subway to Times Square with many restaurants around. Beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and modern electronics. Helpful and friendly staff.

The paper cups could be replaced with proper cups.

The hotel had a great location near Central Park and awesome restaurants nearby, with a beautiful lobby and big comfy rooms. The gym and spa were fantastic for relaxation, and the fireplace in the lobby added a cozy touch. Just a heads up, the price was a bit steep for the room, and the pillows could've been better quality. Overall, a wonderful stay! 😊

The Upper West Side gem blew us away! Perfect location near Central Park, friendly staff, and clean, modern rooms. Elevators a tad snug, but didn't hinder the fantastic experience!

The location near Central Park was ideal. Despite minor issues with the internet, the overall experience was positive. Quiet and comfortable, with a well-renovated ambiance. Would recommend!

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the room with no carpet and beautiful bathroom with great water pressure. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the automatic lights and shade controls, as well as the slippers and robes provided. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, and we particularly enjoyed the amazing lobby smells. This hotel is near two subway stops, close to Times Square, and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

For us, this hotel was ideal.

Omg, wanna share a secret! 🤫 the bed here is like ☁️heavenly☁️, can't believe how comfy! everything was great, super spacious room, lovely staff, but those trashcans nearby were a lil smelly. Overall, had a fab stay!

I keep coming back for the friendly staff who helped me find the best exchange rates on my first stay. The amenities suit my needs perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and no smoking on site. Can't wait for my next city trip!

The hotel's decor had a lovely, comforting touch, especially the elegant fireplace in the lobby where I could unwind. The wide hallways and easy-access elevators made it convenient for senior folks like myself to move around comfortably during our stay. The overall accessibility of the hotel, including spacious seating areas and well-lit pathways, made it a delightful experience for seniors.

I would have appreciated more information about the evening activities, especially for us seniors. It would have been nice to have clear details about the piano bar or lounge hours, as sometimes the children working there might have assumed we wouldn't be interested.

Modern and comfortable rooms, great location on the Upper West Side. Polite and friendly staff, especially the manager. Welcoming honeymoon guests with a suite upgrade and a bottle of wine. Limited facilities due to being a soft-opening, but service compensates for it. Recommended for a delightful NYC trip.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

The location was perfect for us, with easy access to great food options and the subway. The staff were super friendly and professional, making us feel special with thoughtful gestures. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and newly renovated. Although there were some minor issues, like the lack of towel hooks and non-brand Nespresso capsules, overall our stay was lovely.

The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise and the warm welcome from the staff made us feel special. the suite was spacious, modern, and had luxurious finishes. the view from the room was breathtaking and added to the magical experience. the location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. the subway was just a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient to explore the city.

It would have been nice to have a drink in the lovely lobby area.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was close to Central Park and had easy access to the subway. I also enjoyed the modern and spacious room with great controls for lights and shades. The live entertainment in the bar was a nice touch, but it can get busy on Friday/Saturday nights. I would recommend this hotel.

Let's talk about the fitness center at this hotel! I stumbled in there expecting the usual boring treadmill routine, but lo and behold, it was like entering a high-tech wonderland. The equipment was so advanced, it made me feel like I was training to become a superhero. I almost expected Iron Man to swing by and join me for a quick workout.
